| | Once again, tonight's the night Rushing to the airport for a late flight To head to the other side of the globe To revisit my childhood abode While many hate the hassle of flights Can you really imagine the fierce fights If I refused my family to go and see? What do you think they'd do to me? Ain't it grand, then, when international airfares Don't make me pull out my hair? The cheap flights across the earth Give more than their dollars' worth Of happiness to the likes of me When the faces of family we get to see So I won't complain about long hours Even though before me they loom and tower Instead I'll be glad I'm not going by sea Imagine how miserable that would be |
